INITIAL MEET & ADVICEAn initial consultation will last an hour and will take place at my home-based clinic in Southampton. In addition, if it is preferable, I am also able to provide Skype based consultations, which again will last one hour.
I will assess individuals by careful history taking, focussing on all the systems of your body, along with a physical examination and laboratory testing where necessary. |
ENACT THE CHANGESFor the next 4-6 weeks you will enact the changes laid out in the plan discussed on our initial meet, making positive changes in your diet.
Throughout this period, should you have any questions, we can arrange a telephone or Skype consultation. |
CATCHUP & REVIEWA follow up consultation usually lasts 30-45 minutes and will take place roughly 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation.
During your initial consultation we will discuss the appropriate period of time between meetings, according to your individual needs. |
